In collaboration with Qulix Systems, A1, Belarusian provider of telecom, ICT and content services, introduced a new solution for remote monitoring of bridge safety – inclinometer that measures object inclination angles and transmits data via its NB-IoT network, A1 reports.
The inclinometer was tested at A1’s base station to monitor mast tilt and then, jointly with Vitebskavtodor, when measuring the oscillation and depression of bridge slabs.
The solution works on the basis of SIM chips and A1’s NB-IoT network, which allows transferring data remotely and monitoring bridges, buildings and other objects even in poor accessibility conditions.
