A1 acquires assets of Multiservice Network LLC
<p> MINSK, Aug 11 - PrimePress. A1, Belarusian provider of telecom, ICT and content services, and Multiservice Network LLC (Soligorsk, Minsk Oblast) entered into a contract, under which A1 will provide services to Multiservice Network’s customers (individuals and legal entities that use Ethernet services) starting August 18, 2020, A1 reports. </p> <p> </p> <p> Fr om August 18, Multiservice Network subscribers will automatically switch to A1 service packages. All subscribers will be provided special terms of service as a bonus. </p> <p> </p> <p> Individuals will be transferred to the Combi line tariffs plans, which include home Internet and TV, the possibility to connect up to three subscriber numbers to Without Lim it, the most popular mobile tariff plan of A1 at a special price or without charge, depending on the tariff option. As a bonus, depending on the previously used tariff plans, subscribers will be given special discounts on the subscription fees for six to nine months, which provides for the payment for Combi for a while at the price of the current tariff of Multiservice Network. </p> <p> </p> <p> Legal entities will be transferred on August 18 to the Internet for Office tariff plans of A1. As a bonus, they will be given special discounts for up to six months depending on the previous tariff plans, which reduce the price of the new tariff plan to the current tariff of Multiservice Network. </p> <p> </p> <p> Established in 1998, A1 unitary enterprise is now fully owned by A1 Telekom Austria Group. </p> <p> The mobile operator A1 started revenue service of its 3G network based on the HSPA/HSPA+ technology in March 2010. The operator made 4G mobile internet services available to customers in March 2019. Until Aug 1, 2019 the company had been operating under the velcom brand. End </p>
