Vitebsk Oblast to get Br28.9m budget loan at 3% for construction of agricultural facilities in 2021-2022
<p> MINSK, Oct 13 - PrimePress. Vitebsk Oblast will receive a budget loan in the amount of Br28.9 million ($11.672 million at the rate of National Bank of Belarus) for the construction of agricultural facilities in 2021-2022 at 3% per annum, in accordance with presidential ordinance #387 of 7 October 2021. </p> <p> </p> <p> In 2021 they plan to allocate up to Br9.8 million ($3.958 million; $1- $2.4758), in 2022 - up to Br19.1 million ($7.714 million). </p> <p> </p> <p> The ordinance stipulates that the budget loan shall be issued till 31 December 2027.
