Vitalur retailer places two issues of tokens at Finstore.by
<p> MINSK, Jan 22 - PrimePress. Belarus’ retailer Vitalur on Jan 21, 2021 placed two issues of tokens at Bank BelVEB’s Finstore.by investment platform. </p> <p> </p> <p> Both issues, worth $3 million and €3 million respectively, will mature in 3 years and will yield of 5% per annum. </p> <p> </p> <p> Vitalur plans to actively expand its retail network, so the proceeds from token placement will be used to finance both current operations and investment costs, as well as the opening of new retail facilities. The token issuer, for the first time in the Belarusian market, guaranteed investors the possibility of early return of the funds invested on a quarterly basis. </p> <p> </p> <p> Vitalur’s retail network currently includes 77 stores in 14 cities of Belarus. The total shopping area of the retail facilities is more than 52,000 sq m, more than 70% of which is Vitalur’s owned premises (as opposed to leased). </p> <p> </p> <p> The Finstore.by platform was created by BelVEB Bank in early 2019. Since October 2019 Finstore.by has been operating in the legal regime of the High Technology Park (Hi-Tech Park) in accordance with Decree #8 "On the development of digital economy" by the President of Belarus. </p> <p> </p> <p> The platform is authorized to provide ICO services, act as a cryptoplatform operator, and provider of token services. </p> <p> </p> <p> The number of users registered at Finstore.by exceeds 2,600 and the amount of investments raised has exceeded $15.5m. The service is available from anywhere in the world 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Both individuals and legal entities of the Republic of Belarus are entitled to purchase tokens issued by Bank BelVEB. End </p>
