VEB.RF finances $59m shipment of BelAZ quarry trucks to Uzbekistan

State Development Corporation VEB.RF has provided $59 million in credit funds for a five-year term to finance the delivery of dump trucks with the payload capacity of 220 tons produced by Belarus’ BelAZ (Zhodino, Minsk Oblast) for modernization of the Almalyk mining and smelting plant (Uzbekistan), Bank BelVEB said in a press-release. </p> <p> </p> <p> The credit agreement between the Almalyk plant and VEB.RF was signed in December 2020. The share of Russian-made components in the cost of products supplied is more than 30%. End </p>
