Russian companies to reduce crude supplies to Mozyr refinery by 16.11% in Q4 to 1.98m tons, no supply planned for Naftan

Russian companies will reduce crude deliveries to Mozyr oil refinery (Gomel Oblast) by 16.11% quarter on quarter in Q4 2021 to 1.98 million tons, while oil supplies to Naftan (Novopolotsk, Vitebsk Oblast) are not planned, Interfax reports with reference to the delivery schedule. </p> <p> </p> <p> The report says that in Q4 2021, as well as in Q3 2021, there will be no deliveries to Naftan, while supplies to the Mozyr refinery will be reduced from 2.36 million tons in the third quarter to 1.98 million tons in the fourth quarter. </p> <p> </p> <p> In Q2 2021, the schedule of oil supplies by Russian companies included 2.25 million tonnes each to Naftan and Mozyr refineries. </p> <p> </p> <p> As previously reported, Russian companies increased oil supplies to Belarus by 15.5% year on year in January-July 2021 up to 7.09 million tonnes. However, in August 2021 supplies fell 21.1% year on year to 834,000 tonnes. </p> <p> </p> <p> The Central Dispatching Department of the Fuel and Energy Complex of the Russian Federation reports, Russian companies increased oil deliveries to Belarus by 34% up to 6.224 million tons in January-June 2021. At the same time, according to the Central Dispatching Department’s data, in June 2021, Russia’s oil exports to Belarus fell by 62.7% year on year to 374,700 tons. </p> <p> </p> <p> Such dynamics of supplies in June could be attributed to the resumption of sanctions imposed by the U.S. against Naftan (Novopolotsk, Vitebsk Oblast) from June 3, 2021.
