Russia is not satisfied with the actual absence of joint ventures with Belarusian manufacturers, said First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Agrarian Policy and Environmental Management Sergey Mitin. </p> <p> </p> <p> “Now we are very confused by the situation with cooperation. 47% of tractors are bought from Belarus, 24% are tractors of foreign countries, the share of which is increasing. The share of joint ventures with other countries is growing in the Russian Federation, whereas there are virtually no joint ventures with Belarus. There is a preassembly, which they try to pass off as cooperation.
