MTZ to export 4,500 BELARUS tractors to Pakistan
<p> MINSK, Dec 14 - PrimePress. Minsk Tractor Plant (MTZ) has concluded 2 commercial contracts to ship at least 4,500 BELARUS tractors to Pakistan in 2022. The contracts were inked during MTZ CEO Vitaly Vovk’s visit to Pakistan, the tractor maker’s press-service said. </p> <p> </p> <p> Under the terms of the contracts, at least 3,000 tractors and spare parts will be delivered to the MTZ official dealer SHAHZAD TRADE LINK (Karachi), and more than 1,500 tractors to FECTO BELARUS TRACTORS (PRIVATE) LIMITED (Lahore). </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> MTZ was founded in 1946 and transformed into an open joint stock company owned by the state in January 2014; transformed into MTZ-Holding in August 2014. The MTZ Group, which embraces 10 companies, manufactures more than 160 models and modifications of tractors and machinery ranging from 9hp to 365hp.
