MTZ to export 204 tractors worth $2.3m to Sudan

Minsk Tractor Plant (MTZ) has signed a contract to supply 204 tractors to Sudan to the tune of $2.3 million, according to the official Telegram channel of the Belarusian enterprise. </p> <p> </p> <p> As previously reported, since 2003 MTZ has been implementing an export program in Sudan under the exclusive agency agreement with the local company MIG Agricultural Co. Ltd. During that period the Belarusian company has supplies to its partner 2.52 thousand BELARUS tractors, including more than 500 units - in 2020 (in 2019 - 153 units). </p> <p> </p> <p> Minsk Tractor Plant (MTZ) was founded in 1946. It is the largest tractor plant in the former USSR and one of the largest tractor-making enterprises in the world. </p> <p> </p> <p> MTZ Production Association is one the world’s largest tractor producers.
