Minsk Tractor Plant (MTZ) will purchase a set of equipment and technology for producing cone circular gear pinions for BELARUS tractors with a 50 - 500 hp power rating at an estimated cost of Br25.505 million ($10.102 million at the rate of National Bank of Belarus). The procurement data have been posted on the procurement website icetrade.by. </p> <p> </p> <p> The equipment will be purchased to improve the accuracy of production of bevel gears with a circular cog, obtain the required precision machining and stable quality of machined parts, according to the procurement documents. </p> <p> </p> <p> Residents and non-residents of Belarus are invited to take part in the open tender. The deadline for submitting tender documents is 4 p.m. on October 14, 2021. MTZ expects the equipment supplied in the period from October 3, 2022 till March 31, 2023. </p> <p> </p> <p> MTZ was founded in 1946 and transformed into an open joint-stock company with a 100% state stake in January 2014.
