MTZ and Japan’s FANUC sign strategic partnership agreement

Minsk Tractor Plant (MTZ) and the Japanese company FANUC, manufacturer of automation equipment, signed a strategic partnership agreement on 15 December 2021, the MTZ press service reports. </p> <p> </p> <p> "MTZ Group sticks to the 2030 strategic development programme, which provides for the global modernisation of production. We hope for long-term partnerships, education and training of personnel, and for new high-tech ideas to come to the company", said Taras Murog, First Deputy General Director of MTZ. </p> <p> </p> <p> MTZ was founded in 1946 and transformed into an open joint stock company owned by the state in January 2014; transformed into MTZ-Holding in August 2014. The MTZ Group, which embraces 10 companies, manufactures more than 160 models and modifications of tractors and machinery ranging from 9hp to 365hp.
