Belarus’ chemical fibres plant Mogilevkhimvolokno made a net profit of Br6,000 ($2,249 at the rate of the National Bank of Belarus) in 2020 against Br11.737 million net loss ($4,399 million, $1 = Br2.6676) in 2019, according to the annual report published on the web page of the company. </p> <p> </p> <p> Mogilevkhimvolokno reduced its sales revenue by 37.4% year on year in 2020 to Br560.181 million ($217.491 million, $1 - Br2.6676). </p> <p> </p> <p> The company’s shares are owned by 13,364 shareholders, including three legal entities. The state share in the authorized capital is 90.5416%. The average number of employees is 4,915 (as of January 1, 2020 – 5,170). </p> <p> </p> <p> Mogilevkhimvolokno was founded in 1965, incorporated in 2003. It manufactures over 100 types of industrial products, including dimethyl terephthalate, polyester granulate PET, polyester fibres and yarns. Mogilevkhimvolokno products are exported to more than 30 countries (including Russia, Ukraine, China, the USA, Germany, Italy, Poland, Romania, Lithuania and Latvia). End </p>
