Lukashenko promises reforms through upgrading what is already there

Reforms in Belarus imply an improvement of what is already there in education, healthcare, industry and agriculture, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said this at the meeting with Minsk functionaries on July 7, the presidential press office reports. </p> <p> </p> <p> “The tasks are hard to cope with, and they cannot be fulfilled by carrying out reforms. Many are talking a lot about changes and reforms, and I have to say how I understand these reforms, and how we go along our path, reforming our life. The only reform that can take place in Belarus is an improvement of what we already have,” said Lukashenko. </p> <p> </p> <p> In his opinion, the country possesses educational and technological competencies required for that. </p> <p> </p> <p> “We have big tasks ahead, the tasks of great importance, which we must be coped with.
