Lukashenko goes for another personnel reshuffle

On 5 April Belarusian president Alexander Lukashenko made new appointments in the Ministry of Information and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Belarus, and appointed new presidential aides - inspectors for Minsk Oblast and Gomel Oblast. </p> <p> </p> <p> Vladimir Pertsov, who worked as director of Belarus’ Representative Office at the TV and Radio Company Mir, was appointed Information Minister of Belarus. He took over from Igor Lutski, who was appointed deputy head of the presidential administration for ideology and media work. In turn, Andrei Kuntsevich, who used to be the deputy head of the presidential administration, was appointed first deputy information minister. </p> <p> </p> <p> Igor Brylo was appointed first deputy minister of agriculture and food (previously he was the deputy minister), Aleksei Bogdanov - deputy minister of agriculture and food (previously he headed the foreign trade department at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food). </p> <p> </p> <p> Nikolai Rogashchuk was appointed presidential aide - inspector for Gomel Oblast (previously he served as deputy chairman of the Minsk Oblast Administration), and Alexander Butarev - presidential aide - inspector for Minsk Oblast (previously he headed Gorki District Administration).
