Lukashenko appoints Vladimir Orlovsky chairman of Belarus’ State Customs Committee

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has appointed Vladimir Orlovsky chairman of the State Customs Committee (SCC) of Belarus, the presidential press office reports. Orlovsky previously served as first deputy chairman of the SCC. </p> <p> </p> <p> Also, Lukashenko appointed Alexander Rumak (previously deputy minister of labor and social security) commissioner for religions and ethnic affairs. </p> <p> </p> <p> The president approved the appointment of Ivan Lavrinovich as deputy minister of labor and social protection, Sergei Mityanski as deputy minister of economy, Elena Bogdan as first deputy minister of health, and Dmitri Cherednichenko as deputy minister of health.
