Belarusian president Alexander Lukashenko signed ordinance #143 appointing Pavel Kallaur, chairman of the board of the National Bank of Belarus, as Belarus’ plenipotentiary representative to the Council of the Interstate Bank, the president’s press-service reports. </p> <p> </p> <p> First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank Sergey Kalechits and Deputy Finance Minister Olga Tarasevich were appointed deputy plenipotentiary representatives. </p> <p> </p> <p> The Interstate Bank is an international banking settlement and credit institution with 100% participation of state capitals of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
