Heads of enterprises may be denied premiums for debts to Social Protection Fund – ordinance

Belarus has prohibited all types of perks and bonuses to managers, chief accountants of enterprises and their deputies, if the enterprises have debts to the State Extra-Budgetary Social Protection Fund, as per presidential decree No.381 of October 26, 2020, the presidential press office reports. </p> <p> </p> <p> Previously, perks and bonuses were only prohibited in case of debts to the national budget (ordinance No.292 of August 13, 1996). </p> <p> </p> <p> Ordinance No.381 applies to all enterprises regardless of ownership in relation to the persons in charge of company’s finances, presidential press office said in a comment.
