Great Stone Industrial Park to host Belarus’ major agricultural fair Jun 1-5

The 31st specialised international exhibition BELAGRO-2021 will be held on 1-5 June 2021 in the exhibition centre of the China-Belarus Industrial Park Great Stone (Smolevichi District, Minsk Oblast), the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Belarus said in a statement. </p> <p> </p> <p> The fair will be set in two pavilions and on an open-air site. The exhibition will demonstrate machinery, technologies and equipment for agricultural production, farms and greenhouses, livestock and poultry farming; farm products; agrochemicals, plant and soil protection products; fodder and feed supplements; veterinary drugs and medicines; refrigeration equipment and technology; packaging and packing equipment, materials, containers and labels for agricultural needs; special literature. </p> <p> </p> <p> The exhibition programme includes an open discussion of food market operators on the theme "Production, consumption, export of agro-industrial complex products: how to find the balance of sustainable development". </p> <p> </p> <p> In the framework of the fair a series of conferences will be held with a focus on legislation and innovative technologies in cattle breeding, modern science and modern agriculture", new agricultural machinery, energy and technological equipment, organic farming", innovative technologies in agriculture, IT solutions for agriculture. </p> <p> </p> <p> To date, more than 250 companies have applied for participation in the fair, representing products from 16 countries: Belarus, Russia, Lithuania, Poland, Serbia, Great Britain, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Belgium, Italy, China, and Jordan.
