Government agrees 6% annual interest rate on Belarus Development Bank’ road maintenance loans
<p> MINSK, Mar 10 - PrimePress. The government of Belarus has approved the annual interest rate of 6 percent for loans provided by Belarus Development Bank for road repairs in 2021. This decision is stipulated in government resolution #131 of March 4, 2021, published on the National Legal Internet Portal on March 10. </p> <p> </p> <p> The resolution shall enter into force after publication and shall apply to relations arising from January 1, 2021. </p> <p> </p> <p> As previously reported, government resolution #32 of January 22, 2021 approved the Development Bank’s plan to finance state programs and activities in 2021, which will provide Br132.31 million ($50.722 million at the rate of National Bank of Belarus) loans for road repairs and maintenance.
