EEC preparing road map for free movement of goods in EEU

The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) has hosted a meeting of the technical bureau, which is supposed to eliminate disagreements and disputes and facilitate the freedom of movement of goods in the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU - Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia), says the EEC website. </p> <p> </p> <p> Led by Chairman of the EEC Board Mikhail Myasnikovich, the meeting discussed the road map based on issues already worked out with member states and units of the commission. </p> <p> </p> <p> At a meeting on July 10, the EEC Council ordered to create a committee to eliminate disputes related to the movement of goods in the Eurasian Economic Union. </p> <p> </p> <p> It is expected that the road map will include steps to eliminate or minimize controls on goods of the EEU moving between member states, including at internal borders, to increase mutual confidence in the results of controls at the external border of the Union.
