EEC extends till 7 Feb 2022 anti-dumping duty on steel pipes from Ukraine
<p> MINSK, Apr 21 - PrimePress. The Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) has extended the anti-dumping duty on some types of steel pipes from Ukraine for the period of conducting another anti-dumping investigation - until February 7, 2022 inclusive, the EEC press service informs. </p> <p> </p> <p> As previously reported, the antidumping duty on certain types of steel pipes from Ukraine is in force in the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) in accordance with the Customs Union Commission’s resolution #702 of 22 June 2011 and ranges from 18.9% to 37.8% depending on the manufacturing company and product type. It has already been extended by the EEC Board’s decision #48 of 2 June 2016 on the application of a number of Russian and Kazakh pipe companies until 1 June 2021. </p> <p> </p> <p> The investigation targets casing, tubing, as well as oil pipeline, gas pipeline and general-purpose pipes up to and including 820 mm in diameter, according to the EEC press service.
