EEC extends anti-dumping duty on seamless pipes from Ukraine by five years

The Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) has extended for five years the anti-dumping duty on stainless seamless pipes imported from Ukraine into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU), the EEC press service said in a statement. </p> <p> </p> <p> As previously reported, an anti-dumping duty ranging from 4.32% to 18.96% of the customs value was imposed on seamless corrosion-resistant steel pipes from Ukraine in accordance with a decision of the EEC Board of 26 January 2016 for a period of five years. In December 2020, the EEC extended the anti-dumping measure for the period of another anti-dumping investigation. End </p>
