Belarus’s BPS-Sberbank has started issuing "green" credits for the purchase of electric cars in the amount of up to Br25,000 ($9.920 at the rate of National Bank of Belarus) for up to five years, the bank said in a statement. </p> <p> </p> <p> The interest rate on the loan will be 17.5%; the following documents are not required: collateral, guarantors, income certificate, the contract of sale of electric cars and CNC insurance.
