Belzarubezhtorg licensed to export oil products – resolution
<p> MINSK, Dec 15 - PrimePress. Belzarubezhtorg republican trade unitary enterprise of the Presidential Administration of Belarus was licensed on December 25, 2020 to export oil products, as per governmental resolution No.718 of December 10, 2020 posted on the National Legal Internet Portal on December 15, 2020. </p> <p> </p> <p> Belzarubezhtorg will export oil products under FEACN codes 2710, 271210 and 2713 of the Eurasian Economic Union (oil and oil products derived from bituminous rocks, petroleum jelly, petroleum coke, bitumen and other residues of oil processing or oil products derived from bituminous rocks). </p> <p> </p> <p> The export will be carried out on the basis of general licenses in the presence of the current agreement on cooperation in the field of oil refining and export of oil products with Belneftekhim state petrochemical concern. The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of Belarus is responsible for registration and issuance of licenses. </p> <p> </p> <p> Also, the resolution updates the list of oil products of Belarusian origin sold to another exclusive supplier of oil products (Belarusian Oil Company CJSC) for export in full. The updated list includes oil products under FEACN code 3814 00 (complex organic solvents and thinners, not otherwise named or included and ready-made paints or varnishes removers). </p> <p> </p> <p> The resolution enters into force on December 25, 2020.
