Belarusian authorities see 2.9% GDP growth in 2022

Belarus’ authorities expect the country’s gross domestic product (GDP) to increase by 2.9% in 2022, in accordance with President Lukashenko’s ordinance #481 of 9 Dec 2021 “On the most important parameters of the socio-economic development of the Republic of Belarus in 2022,” said the presidential press service. </p> <p> </p> <p> The document prescribes that the GDP is supposed to grow by 2.9% year on year, real disposable household incomes by 2%, and investment in fixed capital by 3.3%.
