Belarus will set up state register of advertising distributors from early 2022
<p> MINSK, Nov 3 - PrimePress. Starting from January 1, 2022 the state information resource Register of Advertisement Distributors will be set up in Belarus. Starting from February 1, 2022 it will be prohibited to provide advertising services by the advertisement distributor not included in the register. This is fixed by the presidential ordinance #426 of 2 November 2021 “On the placement (distribution) of advertising,” an extract of which was published on the National Legal Internet Portal on November 3. </p> <p> </p> <p> The government will determine how the register is to be set up, what information is to be included in it, and how state bodies and other state organisations are to work together to maintain the register.
