Belarus to start labelling footwear on 1 November

Footwear labelling will be introduced in Belarus on November 1, 2021, according to the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of Belarus. </p> <p> </p> <p> The sale of footwear stock balance after 1 November 2021 is only allowed after the goods get labelled. Footwear stocks must be labelled by 1 March 2022. At the same time, business entities are obliged to make an inventory of their stock of goods not labelled by means of identification as of 1 November 2021. </p> <p> </p> <p> The Ministry of Taxes and Duties notes that the law does not provide for postponing or changing the terms of introducing footwear labelling.
