Belarus to conduct comprehensive cadastral valuation of immovable property
<p> MINSK, Aug 19 - PrimePress. A comprehensive cadastral valuation of land plots and other inseparable objects included in civil circulation will be held in Belarus. This is stipulated in the draft ordinance “On Cadastral Valuation of Immovable Property”, which was published on Belarus Legal Forum. </p> <p> </p> <p> The draft ordinance provides for cadastral valuation of immovable property (both registered in the unified state register of immovable property, rights thereto and transactions therewith) combined into three groups (residential multi-apartment houses; residential single-family dwellings and block property; non-residential property) until 31 December 2027. </p> <p> </p> <p> The system of cadastral valuation of land and land plots is now widely applied in Belarus, which makes it possible to obtain reliable information on their cadastral value. The cadastral value of land, land plots is an average market value obtained by simplified technology - mass method (without taking into account individual characteristics of each land plot) on a single date. </p> <p> </p> <p> The results of cadastral valuation of land and land plots are integrated into the register of land and land plot values in the state land cadastre and are used as the basis for virtually all payments for land: from rent payments to buy-out of a land plot into private ownership of legal entities. Since 2010, the cadastral value of land and land plots has been used for taxation purposes. End </p>
