Belarus reduces diesel fuel supplies to Ukraine in Aug 2020 by 17% to 1.72m tonnes

Belarus reduced diesel fuel exports to Ukraine by 17% year on year in January-October 2020 to 1.72 million tonnes, A-95 Consulting Group (Ukraine) said in a statement. </p> <p> </p> <p> The share of Belarusian diesel fuel in the total balance of Ukrainian imports in October 2020 increased by 12pp year on year to 43%. </p> <p> </p> <p> Ukraine sustained its diesel imports year on year in January-October 2020 at 5.1 million tonnes. The overall balance of Ukraine’s diesel fuel market in January-October 2020 increased by 4.7% year on year to 6.065 million tonnes. Ukrainian refineries increased production by 41.3% year on year in January-October 2020 to 945,200 tonnes. </p> <p> </p> <p> As previously reported, in 2020 the Belarusian refineries (Naftan, Mozyr NPZ) are planning to supply 3.2 million tons of oil products to the Ukrainian market.
