The retail price of AI-95-K5-Euro petrol goes up by 0.49% to Br2.06 ($0.8 at the rate of the National Bank of Belarus) per litre; AI-92-K5-Euro – by 0.51% to Br1.96 ($0.78), AI-98-K5-Euro – by 0.44% to Br2.28 ($0.9); diesel fuel – by 0.49% to Br2.06 ($0.8) per litre, Belneftekhim state petrochemical concern reports. </p> <p> </p> <p> “Taking into account the dynamics of world oil prices reaching $72.9 per barrel by early September, the Republic of Belarus has put a new ceiling on retail fuel prices,” the statement said. </p> <p> </p> <p> This has been a twenty-sixth adjustment in motor fuel prices in Belarus since early 2021. This year, the price of 1 litre of AI-95-K5-Euro petrol has increased by 14.4%; AI-98-K5-Euro – by 12.3%; AI-92-K5-Euro – by 15.3%; diesel fuel – by 14.4%. </p> <p> </p> <p> Motor fuel prices in Belarus changed 16 times in 2020 to a 3.4% increase on average.
