Belarus oil refineries’ petrol output up 39.3% in Jan 2021 to 283,500 tonnes

Belarusian oil refineries (Naftan, Novopolotsk, Vitebsk Oblast, and Mozyr Oil Refinery, Gomel Oblast) produced 283,500 tonnes of petrol in January 2021, up 39.3% year on year, Belstat told PrimePress. </p> <p> </p> <p> Petrol inventories totalled 1,400 tonnes as of Feb 1, 2020 (0.5% of average monthly output). </p> <p> </p> <p> Belarusian refineries increased diesel fuel output (including biodiesel) in Jan 2021 by 13.6% year on year to 441,800 tonnes. </p> <p> </p> <p> Diesel fuel inventories amounted to 9,100 tonnes as of Feb 1, 2021 (2.1% of average monthly output). </p> <p> </p> <p> As previously reported, Belarusian refineries increased output of petrol in 2020 by 7.8% year on year to 3.224 million tonnes and increased output of diesel fuel (including biodiesel) by 13.6% y/y to 5.825 million tonnes. Diesel fuel inventories amounted to 9,100 tonnes as of Feb 1, 2021 (2.1% of average monthly output).
