Belarus’ meat output down 3.9% in Jan-Sep to 778,900 tons

Food enterprises of Belarus reduced production of meat and edible by-products by 3.9% year on year in January-September 2021 down to 778,900 tons, according to the National Statistics Committee of Belarus (Belstat). </p> <p> </p> <p> Production of beef in January-September 2021 increased by 6.8% to 188,700 tons, pork - down by 0.6% to 183,100 tons, poultry - down by 11.6% to 348,100 tons.
