Belarus’ LPG supplies to Ukraine sustained at 20,500 tonnes in Sep 2021

Belarus sustained supplies of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to Ukraine in Sep 2021 20,500 tonnes, unchanged month on month, enkorr reports with reference to A-95 Consulting Group (Ukraine). </p> <p> </p> <p> According to A-95, LPG supplies by the Belarusian gas processing plant in September decreased by 2% month on month to 9.1 thousand tons. Belarusian Oil Company (BOC) reduced supplies by 5% month on month in September to 8,500 tonnes. </p> <p> </p> <p> Ukraine’s LPG imports in September 2021 were 127,400 tons (down 13% month on month). </p> <p> </p> <p> The following Belarusian enterprises supply LPG to Ukraine: Belarusian Oil Company and Belorusneft (the Belarusian gas processing plant). </p> <p> </p> <p> As previously reported, Belarus reduced its supplies of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to Ukraine by 10% yoy in 2020 to 345,000 tonnes, while the share of Belarusian LPG supplies to the Ukrainian market decreased by 2 p.p. to 17% yoy in 2020. </p> <p> </p> <p> LPG consumption in Ukraine increased by 3% yoy in 2020 to 1.98 million tonnes. The share of LPG imports in Ukraine was 79% in 2020. </p> <p> </p> <p> Russia remains the largest LPG supplier to Ukraine. LPG shipments from Russia increased by 4.4% yoy in 2020 to 721,000 tonnes, or 36% of Ukraine’s market balance. End </p>
