Belarus, Hungary sign memorandum of understanding on cooperation in poultry breeding

The document was signed on Jun 5 as part of the official meeting of Belarus Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, reports the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. </p> <p> </p> <p> The memorandum provides for assistance in poultry breeding, in particular, facilitation of supplies of chickens from Hungary to Belarus, as well as support in establishing joint ventures and investment cooperation with the purpose of developing geese farming in Belarus on the basis of highly productive Hungarian geese breeds. </p> <p> </p> <p> In particular, the issue of establishing a geese farming enterprise in Gomel Region is under consideration.
