Belarus govt names export credit banks
<p> MINSK, Apr 27 - PrimePress. The government of Belarus has chosen banks which, along with Belarus Development Bank, will provide export credits, in accordance with resolution #249 of April 23, 2021. </p> <p> </p> <p> Earlier, the President of Belarus (ordinance #39 of February 4, 2021) authorized banks to issue export credits to resident companies for the production of goods, works and services and their subsequent implementation to non-residents in 2021-2022; and also to non-residents - to pay for goods, works and services sold by residents. The list of banks, according to the ordinance, is approved by the Council of Ministers. Earlier, only the Development Bank had this right. </p> <p> </p> <p> The list approved by the government includes the following banks: </p> <p> </p> <p> 1. Belarusbank; </p> <p> 2. Belagroprombank; </p> <p> 3. Belinvestbank; </p> <p> 4. Bank Dabrabyt; </p> <p> 5. Paritetbank; </p> <p> 6. BPS-Sberbank; </p> <p> 7. Belgazprombank; </p> <p> 8. Belvnesheconombank; </p> <p> 9. Alfa-Bank; </p> <p> 10. VTB Bank (Belarus); </p> <p> 11. Minsk Transit Bank; </p> <p> 12. Technobank; </p> <p> 13. Belarusky Narodny Bank (BNB Bank); </p> <p> 14. BSB Bank; </p> <p> 15. Absolutbank; </p> <p> 16. Bank Reshenie. </p> <p> </p> <p> The resolution will come into force on 7 May 2021. </p> <p> </p> <p> A total of 24 banks are currently operating in Belarus. End </p>
