Belarus’ govt extends validity of some documents by 6 months – resolution
<p> MINSK, Dec 7 - PrimePress. The government of Belarus has listed documents and certificates, the validity of which is automatically extended by 6 months, as per Council of Ministers’ resolution No.687 of December 2, 2020 posted on the National Legal Internet Portal. </p> <p> </p> <p> The list includes the registration of households in need for better housing entitled to soft loans for construction (reconstruction) or purchase of residential premises required for purchase or sale of residential premises constructed under state commissioning; decisions on granting a one-time subsidy for construction (reconstruction) or purchase of residential premises; certificates of registration of those in need of better housing; letters of confirmation of the real estate, place of residence and family composition; copies of ledger accounts; </p> <p> health certificates; certificates of consent to mortgage of the residential premises where minors live or which belong to minors. </p> <p> </p> <p> Individuals may still request updated documents under regular procedures. </p> <p> </p> <p> The resolution is in compliance with decree No 442 on the extension of the period of validity of documents dated November 25, 2020. This is being done to reduce personal communication risks in the period of the COVID-19 pandemic. </p> <p> </p> <p> The government of Belarus previously extended the validity of some permits and other documents, which expired from April 30 to July 31, 2020 by 3 months during the first wave of the pandemic (decree No.172 of May 19, 2020). </p> <p> </p> <p> The resolution comes into force upon its official publication and applies to relations established since November 10, 2020.
