Belarus govt allows Beleximgarant to insure BPC’s export contracts in Brazil
<p> MINSK, Apr 7 - PrimePress. The government of Belarus has allowed the Belarusian Republican Unitary Enterprise for Export and Import Insurance (Beleximgarant) to conclude with Belarusian Potash Company (BPC) voluntary export insurance contracts against political and (or) commercial risks, in line with government resolution #192 of April 5, 2021, published on the National Legal Internet Portal on April 7. </p> <p> </p> <p> According to the resolution, Beleximgarant shall conclude an agreement with BPC on voluntary insurance of a short-term export contract against political and (or) commercial risks in case of implementation of the export contract No. 2020-00348 of November 24, 2020, concluded between BPC and Adubos Araguaia Industria e Comercio LTDA (Federative Republic of Brazil). </p> <p> </p> <p> The decree entered into force on the date of its adoption.
