Belarus’ govt advocates expansion of exports support program

The Belarusian government proposes to expand the program of budget support for exports to assist not only large, but also medium and small enterprises, Prime Minister of Belarus Roman Golovchenko told reporters on December 7, 2020 after a meeting with the president. </p> <p> </p> <p> It is proposed to facilitate both export crediting and export insurance to make export support from the budget accessible for as many business entities as possible. </p> <p> </p> <p> “We have set a fairly high threshold. Contracts worth at least $200,000 are required to qualify for export crediting.
