Belarus expands list of state support recipients engaged in exports
<p> MINSK, May 20 - PrimePress. Belarus has expanded the lists of non-resident banks and non-resident leasing companies engaged in exports, liable for state support, as per government resolution No.297 of May 19, 2020 posted on the National Legal Internet Portal on May 20. </p> <p> </p> <p> PrivatBank JSC (Ukraine) is added to the list of non-resident banks of the Republic of Belarus, which may receive interest refunds and remuneration. </p> <p> </p> <p> Russian Truck Leasing LLC, Leasing House LLC, Alfamobil LLC, ASB RusLeasing LLC, Gazprombank Autoleasing LLC, Gazprombank Leasing LLC, REGION Group Leasing LLC, UralBusinessLeasing LLC, and Ukrainian Alfa-Bank JSC are added to the list of non-resident leasing companies, which may receive lease refunds. </p> <p> </p> <p> Mogilev Electric Motor Plant OJSC is excluded from the list of organizations and goods produced in Belarus, for the purchase of which bank loans and letters of credit or leasing were issued in foreign countries. </p> <p> </p> <p> The list of goods that the Mogilev Plant of Elevator Mechanical Engineering OJSC is provided for lease is expanded. In addition to elevators and elevator winches, the list now includes three-phase asynchronous motors of the AIR series, single-phase asynchronous motors of the AIRE series, three-phase and single-phase asynchronous motors of the AIS series, which comply with CENELEC (DIN) European standards, and three-phase asynchronous explosion-proof motors of the 4BC 4BP series (1ExdIIBT4). </p> <p> </p> <p> The list of goods of Crane Plant OJSC (Slutsk, Minsk region) now includes overhead electric single and double girder cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 240 tonnes, overhead traveling cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 10 tonnes, overhead gantry cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 120 tonnes, and electric hoists with a lifting capacity of up to 12.5 tonnes. Previously, the list of goods delivered under leasing included overhead cranes, support cranes, electric wire rope hoists, and semi-gantry cranes up to 10 tonnes in lifting capacity. </p> <p> </p> <p> The resolution comes into force upon its official publication.
