Belarus reduced the export of electric energy to Ukraine by 44.4%% year on year in 2020 to 154.6 million kWh, according to official statistical reports. </p> <p> </p> <p> In monetary terms, Belarus’ proceeds from the electricity export to Ukraine decresed by 44.4%% year on year in 2020 to $7.768 million. </p> <p> </p> <p> The average price of Belarus’ electric energy exported to Ukraine decreased by 6% year on year in 2020 to $50,251 per 1,000 kWh. </p> <p> </p> <p> In 2020, Belarus also supplied electric energy to Lithuania and small amounts to Latvia and Estonia. </p> <p> </p> <p> As previously reported, Belarus boosted the electricity export to Ukraine in 2019 by 616% year on year to 852.8 million kWh.
