Belarus’ domestic debt down 1.6% in Oct 2020 to Br13.692bn

Belarus’ internal debt decreased by 1.6% on the month in October 2020 to 13.692 billion Belarusian rubles ($5.304 billion) as of November 1, 2020 by the International Monetary Fund’s Special Data Dissemination Standards, Belarus’ Finance Ministry said in a report. </p> <p> </p> <p> Of the total internal state debt, the long-term debt of the government accounted for 75.26% in Oct 2020 (75.49% in Sep 2020), short-term debt for 0.0002% (0.0002%) and the debt secured by the government for 24.74% (24.51%). </p> <p> </p> <p> Belarus’ internal debt reduced by 6.54% year on year in 2019 to Br11.11 billion ($4.303bn).
