Belarus’ domestic debt down 0.74% in Apr 2021 to Br15.37bn

Belarus’ internal debt decreased by 0.74% on the month in April 2021 to Br15.37 billion ($6.07 billion) as of May 1, 2021 by the International Monetary Fund’s Special Data Dissemination Standards, Belarus’ Finance Ministry said in a report. </p> <p> </p> <p> Of the total internal state debt, the long-term debt of the government accounted for 75.94% in Apr 2021 (75.96% in Mar 2021), short-term debt for 0.0002% (0.0002%) and the debt secured by the government for 24.06% (24.04%). </p> <p> </p> <p> Belarus’ internal debt grew by 24% year on year in 2020 to Br13.78 billion ($5.38bn).
