Belarus’ domestic debt down 0.6% in Feb 2021 to Br15.515bn

Belarus’ internal debt increased by 0.6% on the month in February 2021 to 15.515 billion Belarusian rubles ($5.91 billion) as of March 1, 2020 by the International Monetary Fund’s Special Data Dissemination Standards, Belarus’ Finance Ministry said in a report. </p> <p> </p> <p> Of the total internal state debt, the long-term debt of the government accounted for 75.67% in Feb 2020 (75.39% in Jan 2020), short-term debt for 0.0002% (0.0002%) and the debt secured by the government for 24.33% (24.61%). </p> <p> </p> <p> Belarus’ internal debt grew by 24% year on year in 2020 to Br13.78 billion ($5.3bn).
