Belarus’ diesel fuel supplies to Ukraine up 6% in July 2021 to 232,500 tonnes

State oil exporter Belarusian Oil Company CJSC (BelOil) increased diesel fuel supplies to Ukraine by 6% year on year in July 2021 to 232,500 tonnes, enkorr reports, citing A-95 Consulting Group (Ukraine). </p> <p> </p> <p> BelOil’s diesel supplies to Ukraine increased by 57,300 tonnes in July 2021, or 32% month on month. In June 2021 BelOil reduced diesel supplies to the Ukrainian market due to overhaul and maintenance operations at Belarus’ major oil refinery Mozyr NPZ (Gomel Oblast). The overhaul was completed in early July. </p> <p> </p> <p> Overall, imports of diesel fuel to Ukraine increased by 2.6% year on year in July 2021 to 550,300 tonnes. </p> <p> </p> <p> As previously reported, BelOil reduced diesel fuel supplies to Ukraine by 10.2% year on year in 2020 to 2.22 million tonnes. As a result, the share of Belarusian diesel in the Ukrainian market reduced by 5.4 pp on the year in 2020 to 30%. </p> <p> </p> <p> BelOil-Ukraine LLC was registered in February 2010.
