Belarus’ crude oil output up 0.7% in Jan-Jul 2020 to 989,000 tonnes

Belorusneft (Rechitsa, Gomel Oblast) – Belarus’ sole producer of crude oil – says its crude output increased 0.7% year on year in January-July 2020 to 989,000 tonnes. </p> <p> </p> <p> In July alone, Belorusneft sustained oil output year on year at 135,000 tonnes in July 2020. </p> <p> </p> <p> Belarus plans to increase oil output by 1.18% against 2019 to 1.7 million tonnes in 2020. </p> <p> </p> <p> Belorusneft was founded in 1966. The company specializes in exploration works, oil extraction, gas processing, and offers a wide range of seismic exploration operations. </p> <p> Belorusneft provides oil extraction services in Russia, Ukraine, Venezuela and Ecuador, facilitates crude supplies to the Belarusian oil refineries on a give-and-take basis.
