Belarus approves 36 government programs for 2021-2025 – resolution
<p> MINSK, Dec 29 - PrimePress. Government resolution No.759 of December 24, 2020 posted on the National Legal Internet Portal of Belarus of Belarus approves 36 state programs proposed for implementation in 2021-2025. </p> <p> </p> <p> The Finance Ministry will work on the program ‘Public Finance Management and Financial Market Regulation’ for 2020 and for the period to 2025. Sub-programs include ‘Management of National Debt, Local Government and Local Self-Government Debts’, ‘Effective Functioning of the Securities Market’, ‘Insurance Business Development’, and ‘Regulation of Corporate Accounting, Reporting and Auditing.’ </p> <p> </p> <p> The Economy Ministry is to execute the ‘Small and Medium Entrepreneurship’ program for 2021-2025; the National Academy of Sciences – ‘Science-Intensive Technologies and Technology’ program, including the ‘Electric Transport Development’ sub-program; Transport Ministry – ‘Transportation Industry’ program for 2021-2025, including the ‘Railway Transport’, ‘Automobile, Urban Electric Transport and Subway’, ‘Inland Waterway and Maritime Transport’, ‘Civil Aviation’ and ‘Transport System Operation Management’ subprograms. </p> <p> </p> <p> The Telecommunication Ministry is in charge of the ‘Digital Development Infrastructure’, ‘Digital Development of Economic Sectors’, ‘Information Security and Digital Trust’ subprograms of the ‘Digital Development of Belarus’ program. </p> <p> </p> <p> The State Customs Committee is to execute the ‘Border Crossing Points Infrastructure’ program for 2021-2025. </p> <p> </p> <p> The resolution came into force upon its official publication.
