A1 raises tariffs for some telecom services by 4% from 1 October

A1 - Belarus’ provider of telecommunications, ICT and content services - will raise tariffs for some telecommunication services for individuals and corporate customers by 4% on 1 October 2021, the telecom operator said in a statement. </p> <p> </p> <p> In particular, the operator will raise subscription fees for some tariff plans for individuals and legal entities, the cost of calls for some tariff plans, the cost of roaming services, international calls, as well as the amount of one-time fee and tariffs for some special and additional services. In addition, starting from 1 October, the operator will gradually close some additional services, which are no longer relevant. At the same time, the users of all voice tariff plans (individuals and legal entities) will be able to connect additional services of mobile Internet. </p> <p> </p> <p> The price of additional unlimited internet services at speeds from 512Kbit/s to 16Mbit/s for individuals as well as “Unlimited Youtube” and “Unlimited minutes to all networks” services will change on 30 September 2021. </p> <p> </p> <p> A1 will leave unchanged the cost of Internet beyond the volume included in the subscription fee, the cost of on-net minutes, minutes to other networks as well as the cost of SMS and MMS on most of the existing tariff plans for individuals. The monthly installment payments for equipment under previously signed contracts will also remain unchanged. </p> <p> </p> <p> For legal entities, the cost of basic fixed-line services will increase by 4% on average from 1 October and a number of obsolete tariff plans will be closed. </p> <p> </p> <p> The new prices for some mobile services can be found on the company’s website. </p> <p> </p> <p> Established in 1998, A1 unitary enterprise is now fully owned by A1 Telekom Austria Group.
