Waste processing plant to be constructed in Bobruisk District, Mogilev Oblast, by 2023
MINSK, Jul 6 - PrimePress. The Capital Construction Management utility unitary enterprise of the Mogilev Oblast plans to build a waste processing plant in Vishnevka village, Bobruisk District, Mogilev Oblast, by 2023, a representative of the enterprise told PrimePress.<br> <br> The total cost of the project that envisages construction of the plant and arrangement of a landfill for solid municipal waste (SMW) is estimated at Br40 million ($15.73 million at the rate of National Bank of Belarus). <br> <br> The plan includes installation of an SMW sorting line, 100,000 tonnes per year in capacity, a line for processing bottles into flexa and a line for processing polyethylene into pellets. <br> <br> The plant will serve Bobruisk and the Osipovichi, Bobruisk, Glusk, Klichev and Kirov Districts of the Mogilev Oblast. <br> <br> On August 3, 2021, the Capital Construction Management will hold a tender to select a general contractor for the construction. The cost of the works is estimated at Br30.005 million ($11.79 million). This does not include the cost of equipment. End (Br2.5426/$1)<br> <br>
