Spartak confectionery to purchase €5.8m worth bar chocolate production and packaging line
MINSK, Jul 8 - PrimePress. Spartak confectionery (Gomel) will hold a tender on August 2, 2021 to choose a supplier of a line for production and packaging of bar chocolate with an estimated cost of 5.8 million euros or below, the company told PrimePress.<br> <br> The equipment will be purchased under the company’s modernization program for 2021.<br> <br> Residents and non-residents of Belarus are invited to participate in the tender.<br> <br> The equipment must be manufactured by a European Union country and will be bought out of the company own funds or out of a credit line.<br> <br> The bidding deadline is August 2, 2021. The equipment is to be delivered within 12 months from the contract signature date.<br> <br> Spartak has been operating since 1924; transformed into an open joint-stock company in 1994, into a joint venture in 1998. As of January 1, 2020, the state held 66.07% of the company’s shares. Spartak produces about 350 kinds of confectionery.<br> <br>
