Ivenets branch of Slodych Confectionary launches new candy production line
MINSK, Jul 6 - PrimePress. The Ivenets branch of Slodych Confectionery JSC (Ivenets, Volozhin District, Minsk Oblast) launched on July 1, 2021 a candy production line at the former Ivkon Confectionery, says the press office of Belgospischeprom State Concern.<br> <br> The new line is expected to produce at least 10 kinds of milk, jelly, soufflé and fondant sweets in the amount of 80-120 tonnes per month, and 240 tonnes per month from 2022.<br> <br> Slodych Confectionery JSC is a large producer of cookies and flour confectionery products (over 100 kinds of cookies). A considerable part of products is exported to the EU, CIS, U.S., China, Israel, Ukraine, etc. In December 2020, the company acquired an asset package in Ivenets (former Ivkon Confectionary) that was given the status of the Ivenets branch of Slodych Confectionary JSC in March 2021.
